ICEBREAKER

Icebreakers are training games that builds trust and provides a contextual learning opportunity in teaching & learning or training while generating lots of fun.It has a special purpose designed activity which helps to 'break the ice" when a session or training starts and clears the way for learning to occur by making the participants more comfortable and form a group in a non-threatening and fun manner.

Why use?

Trainers/teachers use icebreakers to make introductions in training interesting, help participants to remember each other well and provide participants with an opportunity to learn to connect their learning to the greater worlds.

REINFORCER/REVIEWER

​

A reinforcer is used at the end of a session to recap and reinforce what's being taught and discussed during the different sessions. This game is generally used before concluding the session, so that the students still have the focus on the topics discussed.

 

Why use?

Used learners to help them to connect their learning to an appropriate context.

ommunicate effectively both verbally and non-verbal.
